Yokohama, May 28, 2008: President Kagame joined other African Heads of State at the Tokyo International Conference on Africa’s Development which was officially opened by Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukada in Yokohama from Wednesday May 28 to Friday May 30.
In order to continue to raise awareness of Yokohama citizen about Africa, ahead of TICAD IV (the Fourth Tokyo International Conference on African Development), the city of Yokohama has taken the initiative to take African Ambassadors to elementary schools in Yokohama.
